If you're stopping on 95 this is a perfectly adequate hotel. It is however badly in need of a renovation. Every single piece of furniture in my room was nicked. The carpet looked 30 years old. But if you're just traveling overnight it's right off the highway and a perfect location.

The afternoon, front desk staff (two African American ladies) were extremely professional, nice, and accommodating! The room was a nice size. BUT the decor is very dated, the mattress is VERY firm, the shower is very grimy, and the ceiling and walls had water stains from a leak. The shower was so grimy that I had to put a towel down to stand on before getting in the shower. See pictures. Do better Hampton Inn and update this location.

Excellent staff. However the room was less then expected. The room was in need of refurbishing and sadly wasn't that clean. My pug dog found many articles of leftover trash from previous guest. Candy rappers, Used Kleenex, long blond hairs. The bed skirt was old and tattered. The television had a crack in the screen and the furniture had seen better days. The bathroom was not very clean and needed the most refurbishing. The tub was heavily used and the tile was dull and water stained. The tile floor needed replacing. The main guest areas were very nice and presentable.

8/18-19! Evening shift Wow what can I say… after the day I’ve had I needed this kindness! Customer service here is top tier! The lady at the front desk was so sweet and patient. She’s very professional and respectful. My room was clean and my bed was super comfortable!

Not the friendliest Hotel staff when checking in. The bathrooms definitely were not clean as well as they should have been cleaned. Front desk lady really did not care at all. I guess they are just used to people staying there for one night and do not care. This was just a feeling that I received when I let them know at checkout.

The ladies room by the breakfast area had no toilet paper, the hot water for tea was barely warm at 8am, the ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor, shower stall floor was cracked, & the room was outdated. Not the quality we expect from Hilton. But Ashanti at the front desk was nice.

Smooth and fast check-in and check-out. Extremely clean hotel and room. Very quiet and restful sleep. Hot and delicious breakfast. I couldn't have asked for better quality stay.

We stayed there one night on our way from Washington to Miami. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the staff is super friendly. Thank you Ashanti , Sadrina and everyone who made our stay so pleasant.
